I reached out via a crisis line and was directed to community bridges, a center with no psychiatrist available, just a rude nurse practitioner who refused to help with medication (that I advocated was no longer working for me) and just gave me more of the anti-allergy medication(primary use of hydroxyzine). I woke up with a heart rate of 170 in sheer panic. The staff treated me like every other homeless addict there even though I cleared a urine drug screen. They continually asked me how long I've been homeless( which to me proves that my care and responses were not documented). One of the staff members went out for a lunch/break and was clearly intoxicated on some sort of substance. Eyes glassy and red. I've never felt more hopeless than the help your facility recommended. There doesn't seem to be one quality mental health facility in this entire state.

I attended the LADDER program here. When I started the program I thought I would hate it. After giving it a chance, I found that it was the best experience I had in my early recovery. The staff members really genuinely care about you. I was sad to leave. I consider returning for another 12 weeks all the time because I felt it was that beneficial for me. Thank you so much Terros!
