Absolutely terrible organization. After canceling my subscription they gave me a credit minus 60 that they kept i called and talked to service rep who said i would receive the credit within 10 business days. never happened. called again and was assured it was in process and again 10 business days i asked what i should do when it doesn't happen again. Oh no, it is going through.. they lie to get you off the phone and just try to wear you down....

This paper took almost 400 over the course of 2 yrs without my permission. When I called they can't find a account. I have never had the paper! I have talked to 3 different people and no one can help me!
