Extremely nice and helpful folks work here. They took time to help a clueless guy with a sewing project needing doing and fixed me up beautifully. And because of a math error on my part, they even were gracious enough to not charge for fabric cut in error. I think they even ended up donating some fabric. I highly recommend these fine folks!

Pretty disappointed with the Bernina Connection. We took our Singer Professional 5 in with a squeaky fly wheel. We were charged extra for parts unrelated to the problem, and the fly wheel, my only concern, remains squeaky. When questioned about it, I was told it was a lower quality machine and won’t function like a Bernina. I’m now out 113 with the exact same problem I started with.
