Just incredible service overall, extremely helpful and knowledgeable personnel! And the fact that I have received my online orders (in the mail) in a very timely, and at times, expedient fashion, speaks volumes to that service. Even though I listen to all types of music, I've never been that much of a \jazz guy\ until I haphazardly came across Mike's video postings on YouTube nearly a year ago. And because of those videos, I've bought more jazz in the last year than I have in the previous twenty years. So, I like to take this time and personally thank Mike for his insight, suggestions and honesty. And I look forward in continuing doing business with him and his business. Great place to get quality records! That said they you are paying for quality. The staff have been awesome and very knowledgeable about the odd albums I have looked for. Great place to upgrade your collection.
