Amazing service!! Anyone who needs better eyesight, I would absolutely recommend this place!! I am so thankful and excited to see 100% better than ever before! I never could imagine life without needing glasses! I will just tell you, honestly the best choice I made for myself. Being able to see farther than before with such clarity and focus is a huge improvement! Dr’s & the staff are all very friendly, helpful and make the entire process go smoothly. Knowledgeable, professional!! I can’t Thank you all enough!!

From the very first call, everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and professional. My impression was that everyone who works there really enjoys their work and our exceptionally kind and authentically friendly. I would especially like to thank Marianne Banales OD for her accurate assessment that I would probably end up wearing glasses more frequently by having LASIK (I'm nearsighted). So, she was certainly more concerned with my well-being than \ selling another surgery\. The safety protocols they took for covid was excellent and I was seen on time for my appointment. I would absolutely recommend this organization to anyone.

I highly recommend LASIK vision institute! I am extremely pleased with my new vision and very happy I selected the LASIK Vision Institute on Camelback Rd in Phoenix. All the staff worked well together, were friendly and organized, did a great job with all the sanitize and cleaning precautions. The doctors (both the one who did the procedure and the one who did my two follow up appointments) were friendly, professional, answered all my questions and took their time to explain everything to me. The doctor encouraged me to keep up with my annual eye exams, save the records of those exams and they can do Lasik corrections in the future if needed and as determined by the conditions of the eyes. I wish I would have done this procedure a long time ago! It was so easy and now I don’t have to deal with glasses or contacts anymore! Thank you LASIK Vision Institute for making this whole process smooth and comfortable!

I had my LASIK one week ago from today and I am incredibly happy with the decision to get LASIK, but also for choosing this location/Dr. John Kownacki to perform LASIK on me. I have been talking about my positive experience literally everyday to friends, family and co-workers and have probably referred 5 people at this point to this exact location. I hope they have a great experience as I did. Dr. Kownacki was extremely calming and reassuring when performing the surgery. I was nervous and anxious all week leading up to the surgery, but especially so day-of. Everyone in the office was kind and did their best to get patients through as quickly as they could. But, I cannot stress enough how well the doctor put me at ease and made me feel comfortable on the surgery table. He calmly talked through each thing they were doing and what he wanted me to do and honestly despite being so scared, it was probably one of the easiest things I've ever done to my body... LOL I would do it again and again with no hesitation. I came out of the surgery/experience with 20/15 vision and have been following the regimen of eye drops, wearing sunglasses whenever outside and wearing my night mask every night. I cannot wait to fully utilize my eyes in ways that I haven't been able to for quite some time. If you're looking at getting LASIK, I HIGHLY recommend going to this LASIK Vision Institute location and having Dr. John Kownacki perform your surgery. Best - Lukas

I can not thank The LASIK Vision Institute of Phoenix enough! Happy Valentines Day to my husband Robert Cortez! From scheduling his consultation to completing his surgery, every person in the staff, surgeon and optometrist were 5️! My husband has wanted this surgery for 40 years and to my surprise we could get it done! I called Wednesday 2-10-21 made an appointment for him for Friday 2-12-21he was able to schedule surgery 2-13-21 and the rest is history! Dr. Kownacki performed his surgery and talked him through what he would feel while also keeping him preoccupied in conversation. While he was a bit nervous everyone calmed his nerves. Today was his 1st post surgery checkup and Marianne Banales the optometrist was able to tell my husband he for the first time in 40years he had 20/20 vision! They took the time to explain and re-explain the process! So impressed from the first call to the greetings at the staff out front, my husband was taken care of especially during COVID when I was not able to be by his side! Thank you for making his dream a reality!
