Elisa is exceptional. She successfully sisterlocked my hair (which is less than 4 inches). She is very honest and provides guidance and advice on how to care for your hair. Please listen and follow her instructions. She’s an expert. Her staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Elisa and her staff. I am looking forward to my re-tight.

I am So Happy with my hair! Elisa is amazing... Kind, patient and very knowledgeable about natural hair. I had interlocks installed yesterday.. She is fast and efficient! Wonderful experience and great atmosphere! Will be returning!

Elisa did a good job on doing the sisterlocks for me but I didn't feel a closeness or a friendly type of connection. She charged me for a consultation with my hair already braided which she couldn't see how long my hair was. Plus she was 45 minutes late to do the consultation before she had another client to do a relocking. I had previously had a phone appointment for the consultation and she said it was ok to come in the next day 30 to 45 minutes before her scheduled client appointment. I feel her prices are way too high considering my hair was in braids at the time which she could not see my natural hair. Elisa did not give enough information as far as for the caring of the sisterlocks or how to wash my sisterlocks. All I received from her on my supposedly hair consultation is initialing a page and a half full of her agreement to establish the sisterlocks. I feel her lack of communications on my sisterlocks left me feeling how my sisterlocks would be in a few weeks. All she was concern about was scheduling my retightening appointment. She didn't say if I had to paid again for retightening my sisterlocks or if the cost was inclued, plus I live a long way from the Southern part of Phoenix to come down there (60 to 65 miles to her salon one way). I'm going to another consultant who I feel comfortable with.

I was here about a week ago for my first visit. Not only did Mrs. Elisa take me in as a walk in, she was attentive, friendly and really informative. The detox wash did wonders as well. Here again for some maintenance, would give a 10 star if I could.
