Updated: the manager was great and super responsive. They returned the next day and cleaned the floors well. There were still quite a few small details missed. 350 later we had to call to have them return and clean the fridge? Why is this not included? We asked if the floors were mopped and vacuumed, they said yes. They weren’t. The floors are still insanely dirty. The bathroom walls still have streaks, like zero attempt to wipe them down. Behind the sinks, dirty. Around the toilets, dirty.

Team 9: Angela, Katie, and Arthur were absolutely amazing! Not only were they on time but they were friendly and professional. Between the Arizona dust and my German Shepard/Rottweiler mix dog my house can get pretty messy. Team 9 was able to make it spotless in an hour. Their attention to detail is very impressive and I am so thankful to have a team that cleans my home like I would. The Maids of Scottsdale are professional, timely, and worked with my schedule. The hand written thank you card and detailed check list of the work performed at my home are a lovely personal touch and truly show their level of care. I highly recommend them!

Angela and Team 9 are fantastic! Always on time, professional and courteous. The whole team is thorough and detailed. Our house looks and smells clean and fresh after every visit. They ALWAYS ask me to do a walk through when they're done just to catch any little spots that might have been missed. They are simply the best!

The Maids of Scottsdale are AMAZING. I can’t say enough great things about Angela, Katie, and Arthur of Team 9. I have had the service for several months now and I couldn’t be happier. These guys are quick, reliable, dependable, efficient, thorough, etc….the list goes on. I always get a courtesy text the day of service for when to expect them which is so helpful. I trust these guys completely, I gave the company a spare key and the key is left at the office locked up until the day of service. Every person I have spoken to in the company has been extremely nice and accommodating. Back to team 9, they make my place look FANTASTIC every week. I don’t have a big place and yes, it probably would pretty easy to do myself, but these guys make it look like new every week and I find their service priceless. I keep questioning why I didn’t start this sooner!! I absolutely love coming home once they have been there, they get things I certainly would have missed and make the place sparkle. If there is ever a room or area you don’t need cleaned you can just close the door or leave a note and they will do as instructed. Along with any special requests, just let them know what you need and they make it happen. Another added bonus is that they bring the equipment and supplies, I literally do not have to supply anything, and if there is a product you want them to use, they said to just leave it out so they know to clean with it. Once they complete the cleaning they leave a checklist of what was done, so you can see all the great work they did and all the detail they put in each and every time! I honestly can’t thank them enough, they, hands down, make my life easier and the service is invaluable in my life.
