Argentine beef is considered to be the best in the world. After eating beef in Argentina, I couldn't get the beef bought in Phoenix supermarkets to taste the same as I can there. I bought beef at The Meat Shop for the first time recently and grilled it on a charcoal grill with no seasonings, marinades or sauces, and only used salt and it turned out just like Argentine beef! So impressed! Would highly recommend the 14 day aged beef to anyone looking for fantastic flavors!

Won’t be returning. I called and placed an order almost 3 hours ahead of time and the order wasn’t ready, if it was ready they would have just let me pay for it since I was already at the cash register but nope the lady comes back 5 minutes later after I told her why I was there to tell me there was a line? Didn’t look like it since I was waiting for a while in line lol but I mean just tell me my order isn’t ready but okay so I leave out the building since the place is already small and people weren’t wearing masks including a staff member that I seen and I go wait in my car and I come back to a crowded building with people not wearing masks I’m not bothering with that since I had a family member almost die of Covid.
I have been going to this Butcher Shop for four years now. I get the best beef liver, pork chops, pork roasts, and the best aged beef steaks I have had in 28 years. The bones for my dogs actually have some meat on them and they chew on them for 2 to 3 days before tossed in the corner. My family always knows when I buy meat at the local grocery store. First time visitor, they have a bit of everything. I got lamb, duck, brisket, and bacon. Love the small old-time butcher shop environment.
This is an awesome small, high quality, butcher shop. They have their own farm in Maricopa County and and raise their own pigs. You can not buy fresher pork. I have been buying meat from them for over 10 years and will continue to do so.
