We're from Washington State and we're in town for a visit. It was our son's first time attending classes at the gym and they were most welcoming! They made our son's experience, one he'll never forget. I'll definitely be taking him back to the MMA Lab, everytime we're back in town. UPDATE: We were able to go back to the gym two more times during our week stay and both times were equally as amazing as the first for our son. I'm so glad that it all worked out for multiple visits during the week that we were in town and each time they went out of their way to make sure that we felt welcome.

I didn’t have a bad experience. Robbie Lawler walked past me I saw Bensen Henderson and some more mma fighters working out too it was cool. I liked it. I had a good experience.

World renown coaching staff, robust programs for kids, and a competitive stable of UFC/Bellator/PFL talent. The Lab has best-in-class instructors for each program they offer. Their secret sauce is in treating you like family. I've always felt like everyone in the gym is directly invested in my own personal success both inside and and outside of my sport.

First time visiting, been looking for new spot since my regular gym has been closed since March, definitely starting a membership to continue building my career with some cool experienced people
