I've been a resident at this complex for almost three years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The office staff is amazing and so personable, the complex maintenance is always available and willing to assist(even with the smallest request). The grounds are very well maintained and absolutely stunning. I've never seen a pool sparkle year round as this one does. I feel like I am apart of a family whenever I leave my apartment or I am just hanging out on my beautiful patio because of my amazing neighbors. The apartments are such a great size for the price. Whether you love a mid-century or a more modern style the Phoenix Apartments are perfect. The complex is very child and pet friendly. This is truly a hidden gem in the heart of the city.

This is my favorite apartment I’ve had in Phoenix! Cute mid century modern style and surprisingly quiet, the majority of the time, for how centrally located the complex is. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are in walking distance. Management is communicative and accessible! Covered parking spots for rent or street parking and I’ve never had a problem finding a spot. The only issue is Prime deliveries sometimes have a hard time getting into the complex outside of office hours. I’d recommend these apartments to anyone!

Moved out September this year and stayed for the 13 month lease. Overall, I loved this apartment. I had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom for me and my roommate. Rent was 975 for nearly 1000 sq feet. Bedrooms were large and all wood/tile floors. Utilities about 150 a month. The courtyard living was very nice, each apartment getting it's own shade tree. The large sliding door was my favorite part, as I love natural light. The vibe is vintage with built ins and tile countertops. Honestly I would have stayed here for years if circumstances didn't have me to leave. It was very quiet and neighbors were very nice. Only downside was the homeless making so much noise digging through the dumpsters at the back on the complex. The complex management was fantastic and helped with any problem I had. I really recommend giving this place a try!

Location, location, location! Close to everything: Safeway food store is only a five minute walk sprouts is almost as close, Starbucks, Walgreens up the street Staples & St. Joseph’s Hospital is 1/2 mile away as well as the light rail. Lyft transportation company surrounds the area usually you wait no more than five minutes. Also interstate 10 is 2 1/2 miles south interstate 17 is 2 miles west & Highway 51 is 3 miles east you’re near(3 miles) from downtown Phoenix historical district. I find the staff very helpful and always smiling and responsive. Do a Google test of the area and you’ll see you’re surrounded by 30 restaurants within a few square miles. :)

Diverse community of students-families-professionals. Heard some negative things about beg bugs/roaches from another apartment that shared a wall, but not my experience. Huge apartment for about 1/sqft. Management was reasonable, but the old place definitely has some physical quirks — great design, but the pipes broke on us a few times and the a/c died and had to be replaced. Great location and I will miss living here.
