I only write a review when a store makes it their standard practice to go above and beyond. Kudos to the crew at window Depot on McDowell! from top to bottom you get excellent service. Store manager, Brandon, was so unbelievably pleasant to deal with! I couldn’t thank the whole team at Window Depot Enough for all of their help. From the sales staff to the load technicians… Excellent. Give this place a shot before you go to that large depot down the street or Dave Ramsey’s place in Arcadia. Whether it’s Sam, Rob, David, Venesha, Brandon Or anyone on the staff, you will have an excellent and honest buying experience. From my team at Valley Design Group we sincerely thank you all!

Unreal. These guys took a week to deliver just a quote via email, then burned a couple days sending the quote to the wrong emails, then when they finally were able to type out a whole email address without making a typo, they (instead of having the correct attachment) attached a CELL PHONE PHOTO OF THE WRONG FORM. I wouldn't contact these guys again unless I wanted to ask them how crayons taste. Find somewhere else to get your doors, you'd probably just get windows or a pizza or something delivered from them on accident anyway.

A friend recommended Window Depot for doors and after numerous store visits and peppering the staff with far too many questions I ended up buying numerous doors and cabinets and trim here. Brandon, Quinta, and David have been especially helpful but the whole team is great. Thanks everyone!
