During a recent dental emergency, I called and Nicole was able to fit me in that same afternoon and go above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Once I arrived the entire staff was so friendly (as always) and professional all at the same time. The ladies in the office were happy and laughing while addressing my needs. They all make a visit to the dentist enjoyable :)

Took my mom to get a check up here. The staff is extremely friendly it gives you a cozy feeling. The hygienist was helpful and informative in regards my moms oral exam. Will definitely come back again. The establishment is near the 51 freeway and Thomas.
Full disclosure, my hygienist was very nice and did a great job. But my spouse and I will not be going to this dentist anymore because of how we were treated by the receptionist. We booked appointments for the same time, but no one informed us that the same hygienist would be doing both of our cleanings. While I had my cleaning my spouse sat in another room with no communication from anyone. The dentist came in for a brief exam and told him he would need his wisdom teeth removed, and to go back to the front desk to schedule. He was very confused and not sure why he didn’t get his cleaning, so he tried asking the front desk lady and she was very short with him and would not explain what was going on. I could hear the conversation from where I was and I felt that her tone was extremely rude with him even though he was very respectful to her. He asked to set up a tentative appointment, but said that his schedule may have to change. When we got in the car I discovered that he wasn’t told anything about what was happening and didn’t get his cleaning. I had to tell him that the hygienist told me that he needed a deeper cleaning so they couldn’t do it in the timeframe allotted. He was upset that they shared the details of his dental work with me when they said nothing to him. He decided to see another dentist. Today I received a call from the receptionist here regarding my spouse’s next appointment. Apparently it was today, although I have no clue why they chose to call me about this instead of him. I explained to the lady that he would be seeing a different dentist and she was very rude to me. I tried to explain the situation further, but she hung up on me as soon as I started speaking. Because of her poor customer service which was evident from our very first visit, we will not be returning to this dentist.
I visited Thomas Dental within a couple of hours of making an appointment, which was great because I wanted a couple of loose teeth extracted for some time. The visit was brief but pleasant. The information Dr Lily and her staff provided was very informative and I felt comfortable sitting on the chair getting my teeth pulled. I even received a couple of prescriptions without having to ask.
Even though I absolutely HATE going to the dentist, I had a good experience at this office. The dental hygienists were all very friendly and did a great job and the dentist was nice as well. I ended up having a really huge cavity and they showed me a photo - never seen that before! Overall great dentist, would recommend.
