We have paid for Termite Barrier protection for more than 9 years. We have termites and the first available treatment is not for a month. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable.
I called Truly Nolen twice to check on possible services. I was to be transferred to a technician for answers to questions I had about services and general pricing. I was hung up on twice, not cool!
I had dropped 500. By my truck when I was bringing in groceries...i left my tec came to my home while I was gone he serviced my front yard while I was away and found and returned my money to me. I was reminded that there are still honest people still. Very grateful
