My guest got locked out of my Airbnb and I was out of town and could not get spare there so I called Turn Key Locksmith and they showed up fast and my guest was very happy. There Price was good and no nonsense, locksmith knows his locks and did not damage my lock. Highly Recommend, would use again

This locksmith will access your property without ANY verification. Be careful. This is illegal business and a major security concern. The owner is also very unprofessional dealing with this when I asked for a refund (see screenshots of correspondence). The cops were notified and a case has been open but I want others to be aware. My vacation renter was stressed out because she had locked herself out of the house. She called Turn Key Locksmith who didn't verify that she was a renter and the locksmith entered my house without ANY permission, opened the back of the house which is not a part of the house I allow renters to access and has many of my valuables! He didn't ask for any proof she was a renter. She could have been anyone. I pay 60 a month for ADT security system, but this locksmith will just come and charge 85 without any verification or screening and let a stranger in my house or yours! Please do not use this company. I am shocked how this whole incident was handled as well.

I'm so greatful I found this service! I locked my keys in my truck in a pretty shady area of town, at night, alone... Genius, I know. I was nervous about who would show up to help and how long it would take. As soon as he arrived I was immediately relieved. It took him less than 20 min to get there and he had my door open in minutes!
