Might be biases because I’m the general manager , but this 2 story training facility is the best around! Best of both worlds !!! With a full size weight room and all the martial arts equipment you need for serious training, there is no need to go anywhere else. Living my dream!!

Going to a gym and being comfortable is huge for me. Dealing with ptsd, depression, and anxiety can be very hard to deal with as it's not a visible disability; the gym gives me a perfect release of those demons. Also I'm a prior adaptive sports athlete after a life threatening car accident, my favorite sport I competed in was wheelchair basketball; where we took gold both years for team Army. I feel so much peace when I walk in the gym, or when I'm locked in the cage ready for war. The sport of MMA and the UFC Gym has helped me tremendously with living everyday life. They're doing an amazing job staying on top of covid-19, checking temperatures as people walk inside, multiple sanitation stations throughout the gym. Classes are set to limited amount people, which brings me to their app where you can solidify your spot in a class of your choice, you can see the schedule for the rest of the week, also there's plenty of other great options on the app. If you're nervous of entering a gym for your first time, please don't hesitate to give them a call, everyone I've met is very respectful. As a competitive combat athlete for over 7yrs this by far is one of the top training facilities I've been to in AZ. This UFC gym has everything! It's not just for fighters, if you just want to get in shape, try something besides lifting weights, or maybe you do want to test your metal in the cage.Talk to the new hesd manager Jason. Awesome down to earth guy. I encourage you to try a free class. You will be glad you did.
I prepaid for a one year membership and 8 private lessons. The gym closed without warning and kept my money. I have tried SEVERAL times to get a refund but the new owner Dee would not give me a single dollar out of the 500-600 that was stolen from me, even though he agreed to make it right. This crook needs to be made public. Do not support this gym.
This gym is absolutely amazing! A hidden gem ! My whole family gets to work out ! My son takes the youth class and my husband and I get an amazing work out at the same time ! We have been going now for two years ! The staff and Owner are beyond amazing . I take the 5 am class with Terricia she has really motivated me to be consistent ! Her class is super fun and always gets the job done ! 100% recommend this gym!
