The quality that the units are cleaned could be much better. I was literally trained to do a lesser job and not use degreaser on the handles and seats. Given current events this is unacceptable. AND THIS IS A NATIONAL COMPANY FOLKS.

Most unorganized company ever. They charged me multiple times for the wrong job that my company is not even associated with. I asked for a credit, had to call back 4 times, and still have not received the credit after months of calling. I was happily working with S & B Portabowl before, and United Site Services sadly bought them out. DO NOT SUGGEST USING THEM.
United Site Services provided a great experience for our family at Country Thunder 2019. They had exceptional communication and prompt services for emptying my RV tanks considering how crazy busy it was!!!!! Thank you guys and gals
Very professional and very accommodating. Only problem for us is that they never had an invoice or anything on paper stating our order until the day they delivered. After scheduling months in advance, payment was made and we were told that they could only give us an invoice the week of the event. Which made us nervous because it felt like there was no way to track our order. Low and behold they came through and everything was perfect.
