They had empathy and a real understanding of what someone is going through when grieving a loved one. It wasn't easy at all to talk to them because of my loss but they had patience while I got through the questions. They did mess up the delivery of my daughter's remains but they made up for it immediately, so I will not mark them down for that. Thank you for making it easy as possible. Bonnie
