I have always received the best customer service from UTC. The products I order are exactly what I expected. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and can help you if you just have model# of cooling tower. Don't hesitate to call them for cooling tower parts, especially fill ,air intake louvers and drift eliminators.

Awful Products, Even Worse Customer Service. They are very quick to quote you cheap prices but what you see is very much what you get. The PVC we ordered for our BAC and our 2 Evapco Towers fell apart when we took it off the pallet. They offer no refunds, no way to get it fixed and no apologies. we ended up ordering from BAC and Evapco because while more expensive...they actually stand behind their product. I would not reccomend this company to my enenmy. All it did was cost 2x the amount of money to fix it and wasted weeks of cooling time. Robert Derickson
I bought some Fill for an Evapco Tower from Universal Cooling Tower Parts and its junk. Guys tried to install it and it fell apart. i reached out to these folks about 1/2 dozen times and they seem to have forgotten how to answer the phone since they took my money.
