I never took the time to actually leave a review here, but i looked at the other reviews and I felt it is necessary that I confirm that there were multiple bad reviews here that were true. Some other reviews were just flat out the employees own mistake of getting fired for doing something against the rules. Alot staff in charge of the place are terrible at maintaining a good work environment, I had multiple occaisions that I had a co-worker either leave the station or simply not do their job. On one occasian a manager knew this was happening and decided he was going to basically just stand there and watch me as I tried to keep things under control as much as I possibly could have for a while before he actually attempted to help. I even spoke to HR managers about things that were against health relagutions and it pretty much went in one ear and out of the other for them. They even wanted me to come back to work after straight up leaving and clocking out before my shift was over. The reason for leaving was due to people in charge disregarding the fact that I was in need of help because once again a co-worker chose not to do their job. I decided to try one more time going back to work and the managment failed to keep things running smoothly so I left for good. It is sad that they have these lawsuits to threaten employees with for reporting them. I might also get the typical response they give people such as \we have no record of you working at UCB\ but hopefully a health inspector thoroughly examines this place and they get shut down as they should have long ago!!

To begin - the folks there that I had the pleasure of dealing with are amazing! Things don't always work out like you wish for them too but the times are what they are, making exacting difficult. Long and short, the HR Manager interactive and very pleasant to work with and the Owner very upfront, a to point gentlemen. All being rehashed in head - I'd change only one thing if I had the ability to do so, and that would be the travel inconsistencies. Again - without face to face, seemingly tremendous people to interact with, and if that is a sign on of the company as a whole - great things will continue to come.

I ENJOY READING REVIEWS OF COMPANIES. I CAN SORT OUT THE COMPLIMENTS AND CRITICISM. REVIEWERS ARE IDENTIFIED AND ASSESSED BY THEIR GRAMMAR, SPELLING AND COMMENTS. I HAVE BOUGHT UPPER CRUST PRODUCTS AND THEY ARE HIGH QUALITY AND OF THE HIGHEST ORDER THE CRITICAL COMMENTS HOWEVER, CONVINCE ME THAT UPPER CRUST DOES A POOR JOB IN THE HIRING PROCESS; THEY HIRE TOO MANY OF THE LOWEST LEVEL OF HUMANITY AND EXPECT THEM TO PERFORM AT A HIGHER LEVEL. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO CHANGE THIS TRASH LEVEL EMPLOYEE. PAY MORE, DEMAND MORE AND YOU GET A BETTER RESULT. THE TRUCK DRIVERS THAT COMPLAIN SHOULD BE IGNORED. TRUCKING COMPANIES DO NOT HIRE HIGH LEVEL EMPLOYEES AS THEY USED TO. KUDOS IN TERMINATING THE TRASH YOU HIRE HOWEVER.
