Amazing staff. Super fast and very friendly. Took amazing care of me and were not like any other place I’ve been. Came for a covid test and was a ten times better experience then the other few places I got a test done at. I will be making this my urgent care of choice from now on.

Beam health and the use of the telehealth was an amazing tool for a single mom of toddlers. After a long day I was able to sit down and be adequately seen by a medical professional and thoroughly questioned and examined about my symptoms and comforted about possible concerns. I was accommodated and treated in a timely manner. Beam Health has completely changed my experience via wait rooms, anxiety and cost and I will absolutely be using this outlet for future medical concerns and recommend it to anyone in need. The staff was friendly and helped with my anxiety surrounding my injury. I appreciated the positive attitude and professionalism of the establishment, also very clean.

Their website doesn't mention that they don't accept health insurance. They wait until you have an appointment and are at the office to tell you in hopes that you'll just give up and pay out of pocket. What a scam...

The staff here was completely amazing!! So caring and honest and really put the effort into making sure you understood things and felt comfortable being there. Angela especially took great effort into giving me peace of mind and not to mention a total sweet heart! No insurance is accepted which is displayed on their website and also repeated upon arrival so there is that. The wait time to be seen was not long at all and seeing how I was currently in pain, it was a huge relief to get back there and get some treatment. Overall excellent place and I’m thinking about returning almost based off of vibes alone! They are also pretty upfront about costs and working with the patient to secure the help they need at a decent and fair price. Absolutely amazing and I haven’t felt this relaxed at a medical place like ever!

Terrible. I went it to do labs but got really unprofessional help. Assistant could not draw blood and I was poked 3 times total. Doc was friendly. Just didn’t like the professionalism. I called a week later to find out my labs results were ready and didnt get notified. Lab results read inconclusive because they stored the blood wrong. Waste of 200 dollars. Still trying to get refund.

I was so happy this Urgent care was open and available for a rapid covid test. I was contacted by a client that they tested positive. I had seen them on Tuesday. Had to get a test to be able to have the ability to continue working this week. They were wonderful. My appointment was at 6pm. Very safe environment. I went right in. Test was taken and results in 15min. Anyone that needs that test, I recommend them highly.

Quick and painless, results in 15 minutes! Angela is the best! I got a rapid COVID19 test via swab. They don't accept insurance, so it is out of pocket. Today it cost 149 for a test. Also! I had been trying many other testing locations. Insurance would cover it, but I wouldn't have been able to get a rapid test until Sunday (two days later). I scheduled my appointment with Urgent Care 24/7 at 2:45pm for the earliest available - 4:45pm and was seen promptly at 4:45. I have an infant, and they had no problem with me bringing her with me. The waiting room was clean and not busy at all. There was only 1 page of paperwork to fill out. Quick and super easy.
