I would never make a review about a business just because they were slow to get me out of the door. I am making this review because I never have had a worse customer service interaction. At first the female working at the security gate was rude and seemed to be more interested in what she was watching on her tv or phone then getting you checked in. Then I meet the women working receiving and she was the rudest person I’ve seen in this field of work. She was yelling at me over a miss understanding because I didn’t understand her English well. there was more I seen but I’m not going to type a book out. I honestly don’t understand how someone could talk to other people like that and have a job.

Not a bad place till you get to receiving. Perhaps drivers would have a better experience if you took the time to train your clerks. Greet them respectfully and don’t wear AirPods, this is work not Planet Fitness.
