Horrible experience both times. My mother’s doctor ordered care twice from this company and both times I have fired them. They call the night before and want to come the next day. They are either late or a no show. I was told the families needed to accommodate them instead of the other way around and that they can’t and won’t make an appointment calendar. Mom had both an RN and physical therapy and they were supposed to be marking her vitals in their book and they did not. Her blood pressure went high and I had to call 911. When they started asking for her vitals there was nothing in the book. If we would have had the information on hand we may have been able to get her help sooner but their incompetence resulted in her having a stroke. When you put your trust in a company for your elderly parent you shouldn’t have to constantly follow up and complain that they need to to their job. They are a company bleeding Medicare and Medicaid dry and my next steps are to follow up with the insurance and make a complaint to the better business bureau. Do not use this company unless you want to watch them 24-7. BTW I ask to speak with the owner but he was out if the country. I left a message.
