Valleywise lab at the chc completely screwed up my test and said that i was positive for 2 different illegal substances which i do not use, and negative for a prescription i use daily. I was lucky because my doctor immediately reordered the test and totally went to bat for me. They got it right the second time a day later so there is no possible way other than that THEY SCREWED UP!! What happens to all the other people that this lab that runs tests for the county do this to that don't have an awesome doctor to stand up for them? How many people ended up behind bars or lost a job or custody of their children or god only knows what else because this one lab cant even run one simple test?? This is a publicly funded hospital, lets see the latest quality control numbers!

This locations has alot of work to be done and one is customer care services and there Women's health care and ATC which is very rude and unprofessional care well the main clinic that is rude and more unprofessional is ATC center.They forget about patients and some staff are not very good with english and not very nice or understand very rude staff here accept the front desk. This location is very unorganized and needs more staff and providers and resources

Excellent nursing staff. Terrible communication by Doctors, administrators etc. Very poor patient-doctor relationships. Ridiculous rules and medical philosophies.

Was very impressed with Arizona Children’s Center! I have a 15 month old and just switched insurance. I was not happy to leave my old pediatrician and honestly did not have a good attitude about this place being the only option offered by my new insurance. However, as soon as I was greeted by the receptionist, I knew it was going to be fine. Everyone here is very kind and professional. The paperwork aspect was easy. The wait time was a little long, but I should have chosen a less busy time, maybe. The nurse and doctors were so sweet with my little guy and I and my husband (an MD) felt he received excellent care. Giving babies shots is never fun, but as far as that sort of appointment goes, it was a very good experience! Definitely happy to have this clinic as my regular pediatrician.

This place is packed not good during a pandemic..no social distancing in waiting area .overpacked!!
