I'm a repeated customer for quite awhile now, have spent numerous amount of dollars with your company, was fine up until a couple months ago, the drivers have become very rude, I think you guys need to train these drivers on good customer service. Last instance was today. So with that said, we have called customer service numerous times about this issue but seems no one wants to do anything about it. So to make a long story short, I'm seriously considering using another cab company down here in tucson. Enough is enough. Please do something about your driver, then maybe I'll consider using your company again.

I couldn't give a ZERO! Called because, I needed a round trip ride too Walgreens too pick up my mom seizure medicine. Spoke to 4 people and a manager and the guy Micheal that called me 3 hours later at 1:32pm and said would I still wait too wait for a taxi maybe 45 minutes too an hour! Screenshots of Everytime I called! I have been using them for years but when it was suggested to schedule a pickup for a later time which was at 1pm. Still they didn't have anything available! It is VERY, VERY SAD how the quality has gone down the toilet and for VIP taxi to be from my home town area of Chicago I would have thought that they would value customers more! I will never use them again. I will just walk or bike where I have to go! OH AND BY THE WAY TRAIN YOUR REPS NOT TO PUT DOWN THE PHONE AND PICK IT UP WHEN HE HAS SOMETHING TOO SAY! I HAVE GREAT HEARING I HEARD WHEN HE PICKED IT UP CHECK THE RECORDINGS!!! FOR TRAINING RIGHT? YOU ALL SHOULD BE FIRED AND HIRE SOMEONE WHO KNOW HOW TO VALUE CUSTOMERS!!!! START BY THE ONE WHO READ THIS FIRST BECAUSE THIS SITUATION SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED!!! I MADE IT CLEAR IT WAS FOR MY MOM SEIZURE MEDS!
My mother was discharged from Thunderbird Banner Hospital in Glendale Arizona, at 2:30 in the morning. My mom tried calling my brother but he was so exhausted he didn’t hear the phone ring. By some coincidence I called to see about my mom and that’s when they told me she was discharged and then they transferred me to the waiting room. She’s been trying to call the house but there was no answer. I tried to call the house and there was no answer. So I went ahead and found VIP taxi service. They were very friendly and understanding of her situation especially because I’m doing this from Tucson. It took much less than an hour to wait for the taxi and they took her home with no problems. Thank you so much VIP taxi services you helped a lot with a crisis that we’ve been going through with the Covid. You gave me some peace of mind knowing that you were there as quickly as you could and took my mom home safely.
I called at 7:08. It's almost 8. No show. Driver was very rude when he called and asked where we were at. Still waiting outside this restaurant. I had to call another taxi service.
