Did not have a good service with 2 their clinical staff in summer of 2020, not going back to this location ever again as long as I live. We are switching to BioLife Plasma Services, I heard that their staff is more professional.

Have been donating here for a few years and most of the people are nice.
I'm a 53-unit veteran at this location. However, since Vitalant has taken over management, I may be done donating here. I spent much time trying to talk to a person. You can't call the local center---just the Vitalant call center in another state. They want you to communicate online, but their website is confusing and difficult to navigate to what you need. None of my messages was ever returned. Whether by phone or online, communication with them is frustrating. Its a hassle. Had I been able to call and ask a few questions, I could have saved a trip and donation deferral today. I took my chances, went in and then was sent home for what seemed to me to be a very marginal reason. I used to find this place warm, friendly, CLEAN and familiar. It now looks grubby (outside and inside). Even the paint and decor is sort of dark and forbidding. I thought the staff was indifferent at best, and the associate who took my information was a bit condescending. I get the impression that they enjoy working for Vitalant as much as I've enjoyed trying to donate there. Not much.
Vitalant has been the worst experience ever trying to donate blade especially when it’s for health reasons. First off, you call and sit on their non existent customer service line for hours as it seems they fired their customer service staff since COVID. There is no one to answer their phones or answer questions. Then you drive 45 minutes to your appointment to donate blood for them to tell you that they only do that specific blood donation Monday through Friday and the form must have been wrong. This company is an embarrassment to healthcare and really needs to be get it together. Truly hope someone from management actually sees this and tries to fix how horribly this company is ram and operated. EDITED: Just spoke to Michelle on the management team and she was wonderful to work with so I added a star. She explained everything I needed to know crystal clear. It's shocking how the website nor the rest of the staff at each location share her knowledge. Hopefully this changes.
Been going here for almost 5 years. Always treated well. Staff has always been friendly,polite professional ... otherwise, I wouldn't donate here!! Keep up the good work!\u200d️
