Vortex was one of three companies we contacted for a quote to have our back doors worked on. Vortex was willing to have a representative come out and see the job first hand and provide guidance on the project. Devon was on time and quick to provide a simple solution. Within a couple days we received a quotation and a follow up phone call to make sure we were understanding of the quote and work to be done. Josette made sure to work out the schedule and always responded to inquiries quickly. The technician that was dispatched, Ralph, was great. Ralph was on time, precise, efficient and professional. The project took several hours to complete. Ralph did not waste on minute. Make sure to ask for Ralph to work on your project. You can not be disappointed by his efforts. We strongly encourage you to consider Vortex for your door repairs and installs. Do not waste time trying to get a "better" quote or "deal". In the end, they are simply the best.

Ralph came out today to fix our door, I have to say he is one of the most professional people I have dealt with in a long time! Not only did he do an outstanding job with door, he was extremely polite! We have patients constantly coming in and out, and most likely made his job harder. Not once did he complain, huff or puff. He remained polite and professional through an annoying situation! Thank you Ralph you did an outstanding job your customer service is second to none!
We had a 14'x10' roll-up door break. Johnny M and Ralph R installed a new door for us. Awesome job! the guys were very professional, courteous, and informative regarding our breakage and what to expect with the new door. Our company has used Vortex in the past for standard maintenance checks and have always had good service. Highly recommend.

Ralph Rendon at vortex door did an excellent job he was friendly got right down to business and when complete cleaned the area and wiped down the doors. He left area he was working in looking better than when he came. Great Job Ralph The only reason why I didn't give them 5 start is because I had to call the company twice to get them out to repair the doors
