So if you want to be helped by incompetence shop at Walmart pharmacy! So I recently had to go to Walmart to pick up insulin needles that attach to the dispenser that they had sold to my mother. Wow really Walmart! That's equivalent to selling a car without wheels! It seems that these guys have a hard time doing such a easy job.

There is always a problem with Walmart Pharmacy. They sometimes say your prescription will take 40 min and it take them 1:30 min for no reason. Once they gave me the wrong prescription and I paid 60 for the medication and even though it was there fault they didn’t want to do anything about it. I had to contact one of the top managers via email to get the issue resolve. It’s pathetic and there is always a problem with them. I just decided to change pharmacy.
Pharmacist suggested I was \making it sound like I was seen a month ago\ when asking about a long standing prescription. He nor the tech ever asked me how long ago I had been seen by a physician. That really should have been the first question. Incompetent and condescending.
Friendly, fast with electronic checkout.
Picked up prescriptions once and there was a slight miscommunication about price but it was sorted out quickly.
Received text at 10am saying my package was ready, arrived at 8pm. Took them over 30 minutes to get my prescription after taking my insurance information..
