It’s 11:30 at night !! And you come to 85016 the contour to dump 12 large metal buns are you serious!!! The parking lot is 16 feet from our bedroom window what do you think we awoke to ??! Sounded like metal garage collapsing !! Unreal this won’t be the last you hear of this !
The number you have listed does not work....We have an account with WM but when you have the general number listed and it doesn't work that may pose a problem to more customers than just myself. I have reported this issue and it still does not work.
Truck shows up to empty dumpster at the strip mall behind my house between 3:30 am and 4:45 am every week night. It is extremely loud. Have tried to contact this company repeatedly to get the pickup schedule to change. They keep promising to try, but it’s been 3 months and they’re still coming in the middle of the night, so they’re obviously not listening. Have also had promised that a supervisor would call me back. That hasn’t happened. A total disregard of the community they serve.
