If I had a choice of trash companies I'd change in a heart beat. I was in the hospital and wife told me they skipped our trash. We apparently were past due and I thought I paid 70. I guess I'm 45 past due. They did not give us warning at all and our trash is overflowing. We have 6 kids and I've been out of work for over a month. I'm on the 3 month payment plan and usually I have a grace period. They told me there would be a reinstatement fee and were not at all sim pathetic toward my situation. I've always been on time. Horrible company!!! Waste management in Arizona sucks. Expect horrible service and lazy trash pick up guys who throw your cans around.
