I was a customer of Western Exterminator for over 8 years. When we sold our house in November to move out of state I called and cancelled our services. We had been billed bi-monthly and over paid by 50. At the time I was told it takes up to 5 weeks to get a refund. I called at the end of December because I hadn’t seen a credit and was told a refund would be issued. Again mid-January... a credit would be issued. Still unresolved by Jan 22 I asked to speak to someone higher up. The assistant to a district manager did finally call me back and said they would make sure the check would be mailed. Here we are on February 12. No check. No response. Nothing. I would have recommended this company but cannot based on this terrible customer service. When you call you can’t get through to anyone in the department that can actually help. Buyer beware of this company.

6300 later and my house is still unlivable. I've been dealing with bird mites for a long time. I had my doubts about fumigation taking care of the problem entirely. Bird mites are not researched and most of the info is incorrect. The fumigation would have probably worked if they left my house tented for a week so as the eggs hatch it would kill the bugs. I don't know if that's even legal? I expressed my concern and was assured it kills everything. Anyways, it was a lot of money to spend and I'm literally living in my back yard so I'm not attacked by mites. The guy that showed up to do the work said it was hit or miss with bird mites. I would have loved to hear that before wasting so much money.

Overwhelmingly positive experience! Our technician Remsey Lopez is incredibly helpful and professional. Any time we have questions he is very patient and makes sure we understand everything he’s doing. Just a super nice guy!

Tried calling you Corp office or even a local office and can only get a new or old customer order line and they don't know how one can call a GM or someone who over looks you trucks. Truck Lic # CAS1697 needs to learn about ADA/handicap parking spots laws and when asked to show H/C card or need to move he gets a big attitude ? Really - have no respect for ADA LAWS OR HANDICAP PARKING SPOTS AND WHO THEY ARE FOR... Remember your name is on the truck and it don't look good when a handicap person needs it and can't use it because your drivers/rep's feel they are better than reading a marked and posted sign and they don't care ..
