Just like banner in my OP the ma's and receptionist really treat you with respect and make sure you're well taken care of and all of your needs are met... as well your decisions they are also are respected

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at this facility. Not only did I have to wait 6 weeks for an appointment with a GYN, when I finally got one and went to see the doctor I was told she was not the right person to see me for my condition and I had to wait to see a different doctor and it’s a telemedicine appointment. This does absolutely nothing for me. I have endometriosis and it’s very painful. They even refused me pain medication to get me through to the next appointment. They also falsified documents for payment. They literally did nothing but make me another appointment and they documented they treated me. That’s fraud!!!!! I talked to a supervisor about the documentation before I left. She said she would take care of it but I looked at my records online and saw nothing was changed. I will be contacting my insurance company. Wish I could give zero stars.

Dr. Neil Trachtenberg was rude and he also told a lie. He stated that he would schedule me for a Depo-Provera shot to stop the bleeding yesterday 01/07/21 around 1:30pm. Which he did not and he brush off my condition, due to it not being cancer related. He wasn't to much consider about my menstrual cycle lasting since 11/06/2020. What he said I should be grateful its not cancer, and I'm very grateful its not cancer. But he has no bed side manners and he can take a class on phone etiquette.

I had an amazing experience attending my 1st appointment at Mountain Park staff was friendly and helpful. Took me in as a walk-in and answer all my questions and concerns. Thank you, MA, Nurses, and any staff that assisted me at my appointment. God bless you, all.
