I have not used this location yet, but I had such a great experience when I shopped it that I wanted to leave a review already. The manager and the receptionists were very personable, very professional and they were great in following up with me after touring. I appreciated being able to get ahold of the same people to ask questions before, during and after touring. That was not my experience with some other places. They have a lot of flexibility in their options from a simple mail/address \virtual office\ all the way up to a private office and many ways to mix-and-match in between. The space is very clean and professional with nice amenities. At the same time, especially for a place in Biltmore with people doing serious business, it has a very warm and friendly vibe.

Let's face it - sometimes 'working from home' is more 'home' and less 'working'. As a telecommuter and freelancer - I needed that energy and activity you find in an office, but with the flexibility afforded by a co-working space. Enter - Workuity. It's just a hopskip away from my home and so close to all of those wonderful eateries in the Biltmore. I love the hustle and bustle that's always happening in the public areas - as well as the connections I've made with marketers, business people, and entrepreneurs. The staff is so friendly. When I approached the owner, Dan, about putting my artwork up on the walls - he was very receptive. So, you'll see some Skye Lucking geometric/modern art originals gracing the walls! (You can check them out in the photos.) Workuity is an investment into your own productivity - which is the deciding factor in the attainment of your dreams and goals.
I'm a freelance video journalist from out of town and needed a place in Phoenix to quickly upload large video files for my client. Workuity was the only place I found willing to offer weekend hours. I arrived at the last minute with no time to spare and thanks to Daniel, everything worked out perfectly. Dan was an expert, had needed adapters on hand and as a result, my files uploaded at lightning speed. Thanks to Workuity, I delivered everything earlier than expected and got to relax at the end of the day. I'd recommend these true pros to anyone out there with out of town business needs.
I Love it here, this is such a great place and you're surrounded by who are just as motivated as you are. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday because of their free lunch and learn where they deliver not only really good food but really good insight on different aspects of business. Highly recommended for anybody looking for a great place to grow their business!
Good energy, common kitchen. Not a lot of general free space. Great location.
