Really nice staff and waitress, snd the sushi was first class. Some of the best salmon skin rolls I've had in a long time. I liked the atmosphere, relaxed and friendly. I will recommend this spot highly.

Yama is great. One thing that isn't great, is that they don't have any dine in options right now. I understand it's a smart decision now due to COVID, but they have a patio they could do outdoor dining on. Also, they're not doing Happy Hour now because \it's for dine in only\ how are we supposed to dine in for happy hour if all dine in options are closed?

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Ordered a pick up order from door dash that was expected to be ready between 7:05-7:10pm. I got there and was greeted by a rude hostess who seemed to be brushing everyone off and she told me my order wasn’t ready and just turned around and sat at her desk. I waited outside in the cold weather for my order and 20 min passed and still nothing. I had plans to be somewhere so I kindly asked the lady if she knew how much longer my order was going to be. She turned around to other workers and they all rudely said I don’t know and seemed mad at everyone. I then kindly told her that I would need to cancel my order if it was going to be more than 5 minutes because I had somewhere to be. She then to my surprise in the rudest voice answered “well you gotta do what you gotta do” and didn’t even look at me and shrugged me off. I was so shocked by her response... I then canceled my order and left because of how terrible the customer service was. I spoke to many customers outside and they were all waiting overtime for their orders and received bad customer service. For reference to manager/owner this was 12/11/20 and it was a blonde lady working the front.

Not really worth it for the money. The online pick up option they try and make you tip twice once on the website and once you pay in person with a card. Was kind of soggy and served in the cheapest plastic containers possible. Would have been better to spend the equal amount of money on some sprouts/frys/Whole Foods sushi.

I went in the afternoon on a Sunday. It was a relaxed atmosphere with good sushi and decent prices. It was happy hour when I went (runs 2:00-6:00 I think) so I was able to get a beer, Las Vegas rolls, and 2 shrimp nigiri for 15.
