My husband, myself, and our three children went here today for our son's birthday. We had a blast! The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and they adhere to the covid restrictions. We will be coming back!

Decent place with good play area for kids. The prices would be like u have to buy points like for 10 you would get 5500 points, they do have a chart which describes it but you do have to make sure that you know how much points its loaded over because at the front desk reception when you enter they give you a card with filled up with money but that is not converted to points so you would have to ask them for xyz ride, I need these many point so that can be tricky. they do have a nice space for birthday parties but you can book and easily it can accommodate like 50 people at a time for the dinning area and kids will play near to them which is excellent. kids would have a really really good time playing at the games which is not that expensive. excellent place in Phoenixville and I must visit.
It was a pretty nice experience for me and my girlfriend. However, it was very uncomfortable knowing that there was no one around to sanitize or wipe down equipment at the arcade. It was very packed and social distancing was not practiced. Only the bowling area practiced social distancing. The arcade was very full and no hand sanitizer or wipes were given or even used by staff. Not sure if I would go back due to the lack of social distancing and sanitary issues.
I could not believe it when I walked in and they changed how they did there pricing...and it was extremely overpriced! We used to get a package and pay 50 per child(we have 3) so for 150 we would come and they could do anything in there we wanted. We would spend a couple hours and be happy. We came today it was 8 to use the bounce house once, 15 for one ride on the little kids go karts, 45 for two rides on the adult regular go karts, 10 per kid for laser tag. So basically to take my 3 kids to do what we used to would end up being 300 I won’t come back here again which is sad bc we used to At least once a month. Hope management is happy with there decisions bc I’m sure there gonna loose a lot of good loyal customers!!
Definitely a place for Famkly entertainment best part is the GoKart Racing a lil pricey but i love the adrenaline!!!!
