Hired to install screen and back glass on my iPhone. He installed a defective screen and he forgot to order the back glass. He lied on multiple occasions about ordering parts and I’ve waited 8 weeks for him to tell me to go somewhere else. He told me he would give me a refund and lied about that too and ghosted me. He has my 260 in his wallet and I have a phone that is unusable. The screen he installed presses buttons on its own, disables itself, and sends text via SMS and Email. I should’ve gone to a professional. Avoid this service as it has been the worst business transaction of my life hands down!

I just wanted to let everyone know that this was my first time getting my phone repaired. I had recently bought the new Galaxy S 10 plus and I have been protecting this phone because its the most expensive phone I had ever bought. And it is a Great phone. My whole life is in this phone. We'll unfortunately i broke it and it was bad !!!! I couldn't even see anything anymore on my screen... I run my business through my phone!! I thought everything was going to fall apart.... my stress level was bad and even depression was getting a hold of me... and as I stop at a Gas station to get gas. I get out at the pump and I see a phone repair advertisement on the pump with fletcher communication. So I call. And this young sounding man answered the phone and he and I got to talking and he really calmed me down and reassured me that everything would be OK. And that he can fix my phone. So we set up a time for the following day and he actually came to me at WORK. And He was just a young professional. And very nice mannered. I strongly believe that he will be very successful and recommend that you give him a call. He made everything so easy and I didn't have to take any of my time stop my business to go fix my phone. Less than 30 mins I was holding my phone and it looked brand new again. And he even gave me a great price. I called another phone repair company after my phone was fixed. And his price was far less compared to the other quote I got. Thank you Fletcher Communion. NOT JUST FOR THE REPAIR. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!!

Fletcher answered my phone call right away. He was expecting a shipment with the parts that my phone repair would need. He kept in contact with me until the parts came in and immediately set up an appointment with us. He came to our home wearing a mask and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the repair. He also was prepared with screen protectors and phone cases available for purchase at extremely reasonable prices. My family will definitely call him again if needed. We highly recommend Fletcher's repair service.

"D" was amazing. Super fast communication and he fixed my wife's pixel screen in about an hour. He is super nice and willing to get your phone to perform the repair if needed. I looked at several other companies who do the repair but they were all in Pensacola and I did not want to have to spend half a day traveling around to get the phone fixed. Amazing service for the Milton, Santa Rosa County area.

I have used this company’s services twice now. Damian both times he was on point, professional, did quality work, and prices not only reasonable but the cheapest I have found between Gulf Breeze and Fort Walton Beach. Lastly, I never even had to leave my house, I called and he was at my place within the hour. And for the record I never write reviews, so for me to take the time to write this one says a lot. I really messed up the screen on my iPad. I called Fletcher and he gave me the price for it. After a few weeks of looking I couldn’t find anything better so I called him and set up an appointment for it to be repaired. He came the next day and I got it back within 24 hours
