UPDATE: Within moments of this review Photobooth Startup reached out to me to make matters right, which they did. Mistakes happen, but at least their customer service stepped in and made it right. Would definitely use again, based on that interaction. PREVIOUS REVIEW (PROBLEM RECTIFIED): Shipped my company an obviously used unit. No phone on website, but no answer anyway once we found the number. No response to emails. Photos of the unit are included with this review. I feel like at this stage I'll be lucky to get a refund or new unit shipped to me.
