Used Urgent Care for years. Today was not a positive experience. I informed them that they had written medications not covered by my insurance and asked if a generic alternative could be written. I was ushered out, staff unwilling to change medication I could not afford. When I tried to talk to staff about any concerns, no solution was offered. I was made to feel as if I was wasting their time, and I honestly feel mine was wasted instead. The AMA can be quoted as saying it is the role of the physician to help the consumer with prescription hurdles and has the responsibility of good stewardship. I feel rather like I was at a fast food drive thru than receiving the care I expected.

I would give them 5 stars...... the most caring and friendly staff in town...... no clinic compares to Physicians Urgent Care..... my family has been patients since they opened....... no need to go anywhere else

This is an excellent urgent care practice. I have used them for several years. My waiting time has always been minimal even when I arrived at closing time. I highly recommend this practice.

I love this place. I gogo here rather than a regular Dr. Probably shouldn't but it's just easier. They are friendly, warm & kind. They take care of what the issue is & I'm on my way..
