Was not impress many cars had a lot of wear and tear. Tracker device installed without buyer consent. Found mine under the area with the diagnostic plug is. Just take the plastic cover off. Yes this a used car dealership but the money that ask for is not worth the car value. Staff was very nice. Why I gave 2 stars instead 1. Though the owners are nonprofessionals would are argue right in front of us. The owners name are Jesse Green and Kathy Green. Yes everyone has problem but arguing in front customers and other staff is not professional. Some cars were an okay status. But many were just sad. If your going to buy a car here be prepared to have some trouble with the vehicles. Very scamy people even though that's not a word. They do scam many people every time I came in. Customers would call to complain. Others Came to the office. Jesse would try to avoid the customers. As one of the staff member "Cora" had said he was in a meeting. But he was not. Many parts on the vehicles are used only time they were not used if they didn't have that specific part. Would not recommenced once so every.

Purchased A Jetta from them about 15 years ago was a good ride, reasonably price , and the payments were worked out to be doable. Haven’t purchased nothing since then from here but here’s my point of view. I gave the 3 because I haven’t gotten anything from them in so long!

Love this place!!! Jesse and Kathy are very nice and do everything in their power to get you in a car. I bought a 2006 Dodge Caravan a couple years ago and still no problem with my car. I bought my 06 Trailblazer in February 2014. It is fully loaded and runs like a new car. Leather heated seats, looks like a new truck inside and my grandchildren love it. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my truck, and got a great price. Jesse worked with me until the numbers were right. The experience was great and I will be one of the many repeat customers.

RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS PLACE. The only reason we went is because someone we knew bought a car from them. We were sold a car with a BLANK inspection certificate. Owner will not return telephone calls. I am now responsible for payments on a vehicle that did not pass inspection and has multiple issues. Will be going to MVA with this. RIDICULOUS. I will make my payments, and take the proper route until I am satisfied with the outcome.
I hate the fact that I have to give this dump a rating at all!!!!! PLEASE RUN from this place!!! To say that they are a rip off is an understatement!!!!! I purchased a 2006 Nissan Sentra from this dump in 2012. When I went to test drive the vehicle the car would sputter and cut off consistently. The owner assured me that they haD ordered the necessary parts to fix the issue. The car (exterior & interior) was in excellent condition to be an older model. So, I went against my family and friends advice and purchased the car. The car ran great for TWO MONTHS and by the of the second/early third month, the car started to sputter and consistently turn off at stop lights, stop signs, any where I had to make a complete stop. HORRIBLE!! I took the car back to Pic and Pay and told the owner and mechanics about the issues I was having. They told me to bring the car in and they would take a look at it! To make a long story short, I went back and forth with them so much for months and they NEVER fixed the issue w/ my car!!! I came to this dealership because I really did not have any credit at the time and needed a vehicle sooner rather than later! These people are horrible!! They will sell you GARBAGE (knowingly)!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO ANOTHER DEALER WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!
