We have stayed at a lot of KOA campgrounds and this has absolutely been the best we have ever stayed at!! We have been here for 2 months and plan to come back later this year for another extended visit. Felicia and Ryan made us feel like family!! Audra, Stephanie and Mike were always available for any help we needed. Everyone was so kind and friendly. It is a beautiful campground, exceptionally clean and well maintained. They have great activities like weekly Bingo, a Super Bowl potluck party, Valentines couples paint party, etc. There is a heated swimming pool, kids park and dog park. We love that they enforce the speed limit and other park rules. I love that I can walk around day or night and feel totally safe. We stayed in a 44 foot 5th wheel toy hauler with a rear patio deck. The sites are very large with plenty of room to accommodate our rig, tow vehicle, 2 motorcycles and have our corn hole boards set up. We can not give this campground high enough praise!! Thank you Ryan and Felicia (owners), Audra (excellent activities director), Stephanie and Mike (campground staff)!!!

Lovely campground. Extremely clean and well taken care of. Our dog loved the dog park, and the pool was very nice and clean. Loved seeing the horses across from our site. People were great too! Only complaint is the location, but that is not their fault. We should have picked something closer to a larger city.

The owners are so nice and keep this place immaculate! From the laundry room to the general grounds... everything is so clean and well taken care of. Sites are spacious, easy in/out. Great dog run area. Located right between Tucson and Phoenix it is super convenient. Very close to Picacho state park. We will definitely be back. This was one of the best RV parks we have ever been too! Highly recommend!

I just spent the night, and had an amazing experience. All amenities were 100% free of charge. An employee swore up a storm at me when all was said and done muttered something about trespassing, (that's why I deducted a star) but overall well worth the experience.

The owners here have an amazing story and have done quite excellently with this RV park. Here is what we did, and didn't like about this park: We didn't like that.. • The showers had terrible water pressure if more than 3 out of 6 were in use at once. • There were a lot of spiders in the shower stalls. They were harmless, but.. rather large. • The highway produced high noise pollution but I think it could be quieter if you select a site towards the back. We did like that.. • Although the water pressure wasn't reliable, when it did work the showers were luxurious. I think it is one of the most deluxe I've ever seen at a KOA. • The RV spots were plentiful and well distanced. I particularly liked the sites with fences! Lots of privacy.

Very well maintained KOA. Heated pool. Big dog park. Kids playground. Heated pool. Felicia was so kind and welcoming. Nice KOA store with everything you may have forgotten and more! The bathrooms are nicer than mine at home! Nice and clean bathrooms and showers. Only downside is noise at night from the interstate nearby. I sleep with a noisemaker, so not a big deal, but plan to use one if you don’t. I use a white noise app on my phone. Thanks for a great stay, Picacho!

Lovely KOA! Best I’ve been to! What a sweet staff and clearly their energy rubs off on the guests. Everyone is so nice and friendly; kids, dogs and adults all hanging out in the common spaces- playground/dog park/corn hole. My pup and I tent-camped. Beautiful tent camping spots with picnic tables and fire pits, as well as grills. And the bathrooms are spotless. Yes, it’s right near the highway and train tracks, so of course there’s noise. Just bring earplugs- or they have them in the office too!! Loved our stay and we’ll be back!

Been staying here for awhile. Family owned and great customer service. The sites are nice and some have shade and some don't. Started with just a one week reservation on November 15th, and decided to hang out for awhile. It's now January 4th and have no regrets. Highly recommend it.
