Had an appointment as I was told was best to do. I was on time and when i walked in was yelled at that had to wait in line to be called. Then when I asked what about appointments the lady again yelled that I had to wait to be called. Why have appointments? RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!

They are good at their jobs Ill give them that If you are gonna have people stand outside in a line, in the blazing heat of a Mississippi summer. Please make sure you have water and seats available for them. And maybe some shade. Ive been standing outside for the past 2 hrs and not once have they checked on anyone...
Got there was 4th in line and it only took half hour. Everyone was kind, cordial and all CDC guidelines are being followed.
One woman at the left desk is really nice and helpful, the one on the right however is so rude. I swear, she needs to change her attitude.
No one would answer the phone and when I got there they were rude and unhelpful. This is the worst place I have ever been to. My daughter was trying to take her driving test and they stop giving my numbers while we were sitting in line and they stop taking numbers after 30 minutes of waiting
Living in three states I've experienced my share of rude DMV employees and departments. Unfortunately, I'd say it's the norm. It was a pleasant surprise to have several good experiences at the Picayune DPS and the adjacent tax department. Everyone was nice and friendly. One day, when the state servers were down, an employee took my number and called when everything was back up and running. Another time, when something was incorrect on my paperwork, an employee took the time to nicely explain what I needed to do before coming back in. Kudos to Picayune.
