They have made my life soooooo much easier being a non-US Amazon seller. Quick turn around and helpful staff. The only thing they could improve is their inbound/outbound order system. It's a bit outdated. But they said they will actually be updating it soon. Can't wait!

RSL has been a very important 3PL business partner for us. They have helped tremendously with our warehousing and shipping needs and we really appreciate their close proximity to the LA port. They are also very friendly and helpful every time we reach out. We'd definitely recommend them!
I was debating working with either River Source or another 3PL and I am glad I chose River Source. Their prices are fair for the services they provide and they have quick turnaround times on processing my shipping requests. If I ever have any questions or concerns, even on the weekends, they respond quickly. Overall - great customer service and quick turnaround. I will continue using their services.
