I will say they have the best customer service around. Always helpful and don't try to sale you stuff you don't need. Everytime we have a question they explain it in depth. They don't try and push me or the wife to have them do the work. They ensure we know how to do it ourselves. One of the best companies in Pueblo.

I've shopped here 5 times in the last 1.5 years. They have always been helpful and taken as long as needed to explain the products for my hot tub and their proper use. Having never owned one before Plebian has walked me through the up-keep. Reasonable prices as their eastside location helps keep overhead down.
