Love love love this store! They have such great items there whatever suits your tastes! The only reason for a 4-star rating is because some of their items are extremely expensive! But if you have the patience to go through the whole store a lot of times I find things that I've seen weeks before at full price that have been marked down and that is when I jump on them! :-) I love the farm decor, and all the different scents of oils, and the outdoor decor.

Nicest choices of niche products. Lots of eye candy here. Plan to stay for a while . There is so much lovely inventory offered here to consider. Look for sale items...great bargains await!
I love Pier One!!! They have an amazing selection, just about anything you could want for your home. I am a very satisfied customer. They also offer great deals online and clearance in the store.

My wife loved this store and could browse through it for a long time. Lots of "stuff" - packed full! It is all kept very neat and orderly. The sales people are knowledgeable and friendly. Even as a man I enjoyed walking through this store but it's not going to hold me for more than 30 minutes and even that was a stretch. :)
If I could give this store zero stars, I definitely would. The store is neatly designed, a bit pricey though. My problem is the customer service. This is the second time I have been to this store and the atmosphere has been the same. No one greeted me when I came in, no one asked if I needed anything but they showed favoritism to other customers coming in. Maybe I'm not the right shade to be in or get service in this store.
Unique items a bit pricey but a very friendly and helpful staff.
Great assortment super updated for home decor. Prices too high for seasonal merchandise, not the best clearance prices. Good customer service.
