Good place for unique items ranging from dishes to furniture to decorations. Prices are a bit high but quality is always good. Some really good deals are always available. Downside is that they are a close out/discontinued outlet so quantity of items is limited. For example you may not be able to get an 8 piece set of dinnerware. Plenty of free parking. The store is quite crowded with product making it not wheelchair friendly. Great staff.

Liked the place. Did not get exactly what we were looking for but they have good options available in tea/coffee mugs or set. Staff is nice, courteous and friendly. They do nice packing for glass/clay products. Price is on moderate to higher side. Free parking available on the premises.
So I used to work here and the only reason I don't anymore is because I had a temporary position, but the fact of matter is that this place is a very nice place, and the employees go above and beyond with helping their customers. I absolutely loved showing up to work, my manager was so so sweet and we always had potlucks as staff and honestly it's a perfect place to be if you like chill but fun vibes! The atmosphere of the place is very open since the remodel and I can honestly say the remodel made the store look bigger. It's a great place to shop for home decor and you'll never leave the store un-helped or unhappy!
Went to a Pier 1 clearance store. Which is basically just 25% off whatever they have. They no longer price adjustments which I never have used but I did see the sign posted by the register. It was weird to find the register. Everyone kept going to the 1st counter and they had to keep telling people to walk over to the other counter to check out. So maybe a sign?
I have to admit the thing I don't love about Pier One is the smell. They have lots of scented things. If you like scented stuff, you will love the store. They always have cool dishes and lots to look at. Their after Christmas sale of Christmas stuff was 75% off. Great deal.
Staff were very nice, but the products are still way overpriced. I mean, 80 for a 1" thick slice of wood centerpiece?
Way overpriced for the quality. Cute stuff but I can go elsewhere and get more bang for my buck.
