GO TO TARGET I used to enjoy shopping at this Pier 1 Imports. Today I was under the gun to set up my dining room before family arrives in 2 days. Went into this store, and nobody greeted me. No worker approached me for a solid 10 minutes, and the place was dead. I asked about their large rugs, artwork, coasters... one worker was somewhat helpful looking up rugs on the computer, but they just pointed to the vicinity of the art corner. I asked about the coaster selection and the manager told me to just walk around the store. I had my 30 lb toddler in a carrier so that he would not grab and break anything. I had already been walking around the place before any worker had approached me. I wanted a worker to be more specific with me as to their selection. Long story short, the worker told me to go to TJ Max or Ross or Target. Well, I went to Target, and couldn't be happier with how my dining room turned out. All for a fraction of what I wanted to spend. I still need to pick up some decorative items for the table, but I'm sure target has my back.

I enjoy browsing in Pier 1. The employees are helpful but also give me space to just browse. The selection is great but expensive, but you get what you pay for right. There are often good sales too. Also, parking at this location is usually easy.

Went in to Pier 1 at Kapolei Commons and needed to purchase a table and chairs. We were immediately greeted by Marla who for lack of a better word was Outstanding!!! She made suggestions and waited patiently on my wife and I while we finalized our selection. She was Very helpful and we needed all the help we could get. Her knowledge of in store stock and the way Pier 1 has their system set up was remarkable. My wife and I are greatly humbled and thankful for her assistance. Note to Manager: Please get her into a manager apprenticeship ASAP!!! Mahalo and ALOHA!!
