Our cabin was absolutely amazing!! So clean, perfect location, fantastic views. Booking and check-in was super easy, cabin was exactly as described. The only issue was that the arcade game machine was broken. Otherwise, totally perfect! Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed there for his 30th birthday! This cabin is absolutely gorgeous!!! The pictures online doesn’t do it any justice. It’s huge!!! Decorated beautifully, The location was perfect! we appreciated the privacy of the cabin! highly recommend!!!!
We stayed at the Bellagio Bear Cabin and we love it! We bring the family and there is room for everyone! Great times together!!
Had an amazing family vacation at Pigeon Forge. Stayed in the Amazing Grace cabin. Perfect for our group of 7. Would highly recommend it! Very clean and comfortable, and close to everything!
Terrible cabin, totally trashed, not clean, whole place smelled like smoke and some terrible air freshener, WiFi broken, and fraudulently advertised. Beware of this company. Look elsewhere. We called to ask what solutions we could get and they never called back. Called many more times and was told a manager would have to call us back. The did not call our number back. No service whatsoever. Buyer beware.
HORRIBLE experience. We used this company after having such a great time last year at the cabin, we rented the same exact one again. The cabin we rented specifically was Smoky Ridge Retreat. Upon arrival, there was feces on the light switch in one bathroom and another room had feces on the toilet in their bathroom. We had to call for someone to come clean (like isn't that what the cleaning fee is for?? PRIOR to guests' arrival??) before even getting comfortable. About 2 hours later someone showed up to clean the problem areas but that left the confidence level low for how "clean" the cabin really was. The next morning, around 4:00am, the power went out. When we called management, they lied and said that the area had an outage; however, we were looking at the cabins around us with lights on- right next door! Someone did not show up until after 11am to address the problem! Even worse, when the power goes out an alarm goes off and we had to listen to that until maintenance finally showed up. Luckily, we had two guys with us that were able to get the power back up because, at this point, we couldn't trust or rely on management. It was the middle of Winter and snowing! Needless to say, we won't ever use this company again.
We LOVE IT! It was my Birthday Weekend and I wanted to spend it with the family and I must say we was so pleased with the cabin and COVID-19 safety. So much room, games and the view BEAUTIFUL. Much needed for everyone being quarantine for so long we need that mountain air. I can't wait to go back.
We were very impressed with how we were treated. Service was amazing. We were notified on our way when our cabin was ready and any questions we had were answered right away. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting from Timber Top again.
