The staff was very helpful. We were in search of an oilskin duster. Hard to find in a physical store. They had a good selection, and even got the size we needed from the back room, assisted with trying it on. Even with all of the assistance, there was no pressure at all, just great service and fair prices.

This is a locally owned boot store, and unlike some of the others in the area, they don't over price their items, and then offer special deals to offset that. They offer genuine products with genuine service. We have gone there 3 times now, and have found something each time. Great selection of jewelry and belt buckles also!

We came to Pigeon Forge for vacation, but my husband needed new boots for work. He knew he loved the brand Ariat so we looked for a shop that sold them. French's was the first place we stopped. Janice helped us and she was absolutely FANTASTIC! The service was top notch from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. They weren't pushy or annoying like most shops. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. We will most DEFINITELY be shopping there again for boots.
