My experience was absolutely amazing!! Shopping around for place in my area for Watch battery I stumbled across Time & Time Again. Meeting BORIS was the best. Being differently abled was difficult for me and he so graciously without fail assisted me caring for my needs when I could not successfully do for myself. Not only did he quickly install 2 watch batteries he also replaced a watch band. He moves quietly but quickly getting the job done. He checked out a failed clock giving a solution to try at home first before repairs. Having returned a few days later after his suggestion, he again checked it out giving an honest opinion that purchasing newer and cheaper would save more for an old clock than the cost of repairs. I appreciate his honesty. Way to make and keep customers happy If ever I need this type of service again, going to Time & Time Again is my new place without a doubt. I highly recommend BORIS and say Thank you so very much!!
