Their customer service is superior. I've had to request administrative help a few times and each time the manager has responded very quickly, been very helpful, and never made me feel like I was putting him out. Plus, they are very much online; they respond to e-mail, and do online class bookings and payment. Their facilities are clean and attractive. I only go there in the morning, so I don't know what it's like by the time herds of people are done with the place by mid-afternoon, but the place is tastefully decorated and serene. In the Reformer room, there's a waterfall, ceiling fans, peaceful lighting, climate control. The machines seem well maintained. My instructors have been extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and there are several to choose from. P.S. I've only taken the Reformer classes.
