When you arrive at the gate, you pay 7/adult and they give you a day pass. We got there about 1pm on a Sunday and it was fairly empty. The area is very clean and it looks like there’s a lot of people who live there long term in RVs. The camping area was very clean, no trash, the fire pit was clean as well. The bathroom are fully equipped and very clean. They even have showers that are ADA accessible, and a playground. During our 3 hour stay, the guy who cleans the area came by and cleaned empty campsites, and the police drove by to check ok everyone. Seems like a very coordinated place. We will definitely come back and recommend this part to anyone!! Can’t wait to spend a night here sometime soon.

Something for everyone!! Paved trails, mountain bike trails, groomed trails, paved roads, horse trails, playgrounds, RV sites, primitive tent sites. Bathrooms are nice with flush toilets, showers, sinks and mirrors. Multiple playgrounds for kids. Marina for boats and beaches for swimming. Picnic areas galore!

One of the beautiful lakes I have ever visited. So humongous and well maintained. Great place for boating, kayaking, fishing and enjoy the beach. People seems to enjoy the time here a lot. Nice fall colors and magical sunset. Loved photographing it. Located in Denton TX

A great park and so close to the DFW area. Every time we have been here, we have seen a fair amount of deer. This park is a great local escape. We love the biking and hiking trails. Will be back.

Good ocean feeling beach, Fishing, boating, plenty of grills and tables. Nice views and clean water. Only thing can be improved us cleaning of the tables as they have really big spider webs. They charge 7 per adult but maintained well as well.
